Quotations and pricing
Quotations are based on the volume, paper specification, envelope size, weight slab and postal class shared at the time of enquiry. Revised specifications may change pricing, and postage is charged at prevailing India Post rates.
Data and artwork submission
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data and artwork supplied. Production timelines begin from the date of approved proof and final data receipt.
Production timelines
Agreed turnaround times assume timely approvals and uninterrupted material supply. Delays in approval, data correction or client-supplied stock will shift the delivery schedule accordingly.
Delivery and postal handover
Our responsibility covers printing, processing, franking and handover to India Post or the agreed courier partner. Transit timelines thereafter are governed by the postal or courier service.
Payment terms
Postage is generally payable in advance. Production charges are invoiced as per the agreed credit terms recorded in the work order or contract.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project data, pricing and commercial terms confidential. We execute NDAs on request for sensitive programmes.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by postal disruptions or events beyond our control.
